Refund policy

I really hope you love my new collection as much as I do, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may of course return the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Should you wish to return an item(s) it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging. The item(s) must be unworn, odourless, and makeup-free with all tags still attached.

We are not liable for any costs associated with returning your garments to us. We recommend you use a traceable form of postage and your refund will not be processed until we have received and inspected the item(s). If the parcel is lost or
misplaced in transit to us, we cannot be held responsible. We advise that you keep all postage receipts in case you have to trace your parcel.

Refunds
A full refund (excluding the original shipping charge) is available for 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be refused should there be any damage to the items being returned or if received after the 14 days.

To complete your return, e-mail us at hello@laurajanethelabel.com detailing the item(s) you wish to return.

We will then forward you a returns form and instructions on how to return your package to us. ​

Exchanges ​
If you simply want to exchange an item(s) for a different size or colour, please email us at hello@laurajanethelabel.com and we will organise this for you and give details on how you should return your package to us. ​

Shipping your returns​
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a traceable form of postage. If the parcel is lost or misplaced in transit to us this is not our responsibility. We advise that you keep all
postage receipts in case you have to trace your parcel.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, this will be to
the cost of the return item only.


FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM(S)
We have done our best to inspect each and every item before it was packed and sent out to each customer, however if our product arrived to you in any way damaged or faulty, we will be more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please do not wear the garment as it will NOT be accepted for a return. Only items that are unworn and unused can be returned.
